“I want to start by saying our salesperson, Steve Burns, was honest and professional. Unfortunately, everything after the sale at Sunrise Chevrolet in Collierville, TN went downhill.
We brought our vehicle back to have roof rails installed and to buff out scratches on the hood that were caused by the dealership when they put a decorative bow on the vehicle at purchase. Mistakes happen, that wasn’t the issue.
I arrived at 13:30 and was met with attitude from the service writer because “the only guy who can install roof rails” was leaving at 14:00. That is not a customer problem, that is a staffing and scheduling failure. A dealership having exactly one person capable of installing roof rails is ridiculous.
What should have taken maybe an hour to an hour and a half, and I’m being generous, took four hours. We were also supposed to receive a full vehicle detail, which clearly never happened.
The most concerning part of this experience involved the sales manager, Sean Stringer. He aggressively pushed a wall-mounted home charging station costing between $1,000 and $2,000 and stated that the vehicle did not come with a charging cable. That statement was false.
I checked the window sticker, which clearly states that a charging cable is included with the vehicle. After I pushed back, the cable was suddenly produced. This was not a misunderstanding, it was a misrepresentation that only stopped once it was challenged.
From a customer’s perspective, this looks like an attempt to upsell unnecessary equipment by withholding components that are already included with the vehicle. Whether this is policy or individual behavior, it is unacceptable.
Between poor service coordination, unnecessary attitude from staff, damage caused by the dealership, excessive service times, and management being untruthful about included equipment, this dealership has completely lost my trust.
If you value honesty and competent service, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.”

“Good morning crew. I would like to acknowledge that I’ve been doing business with this dealership for almost 10 years, and I can truly say overall I’ve had a great experience, and time each time that I come. My service advisor Brother Jeff Holland is an outstanding individual. He keeps me up to date on my vehicle each time that I arrive for an oil change. He also lets me know when they are servicing my vehicle he tells me what needs to be done. Keep letting your light shine brother Jeff. I would recommend this dealership to any who looking to buy, or need service with your vehicle. I give this dealership 100 percent, 5 stars .”
