“After being in a car wreck, I came to Nissan looking for something safe and reliable. I was a single mother at the time. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima that ultimately began having transmission issues. I took it to my mechanic, who my family has trusted for YEARS. He confirmed the transmission needed to be replaced as it was going out. It was under warranty, so I took it back to Nissan. WRONG MOVE. The mechanic told me he "couldn't hear" any issues with it- Even though it sounded like a jet engine. They refused to replace the transmission, and instead just replaced an oxygen sensor. My mechanic was furious- He told me they are trying to get it to last until my warranty runs out. 6 months after my warranty ended-The transmission was, indeed, kaput. I had to go buy a new car 2 weeks ago. I traded in the Nissan at a different dealership and they only gave me 2k for it because of the transmission. After spending thousands on it with Nissan. I hope it was worth it Nissan, because not me, nor my family, will ever give you a dime more. The way you run your business is disgusting and despicable. I came in in a leg brace, with my LITTLE ONE and you had the audacity to cheat me out of thousands of dollars AND put my LO in an unsafe vehicle.”

“Matt Gomez did an excellent job of putting us in a new Nissan. I got to know him when I was having my old car serviced. He ran some numbers for me on my old vehicle at my request while I was waiting on service. I told him I was not ready to buy that day and he completely understood. No sales pressure. We visited and got to know each other a little bit. I was impressed with the young man and his knowledge of the Nissan lineup of vehicles. I told him if I decided on another Nissan in the future I would come back and ask for him. My wife and I were in town looking at vehicles at several dealerships. Still not planning to buy that day. We stopped in to see Matt and check out the Nissans. We were still undecided until Matt showed us a new Nissan Rogue and made us an amazing deal on the vehicle. We bounced the numbers back and forth a little and my wife and I were more than pleased. We spoke to the finance guy Jacob and things got better. 0% interest! I negotiated extra oil changes and tire rotations in the service contract; done! Extended time on service contract/warranty at no extra cost; done! Also, a shout out to Cody in the service department who has always taken care of me when servicing my previous vehicle. I would highly recommend CS Nissan. They have a great team and treat their customers right.”
