“I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism from Dondelinger Ford in Cohasset. I was able to get my car in the same day to be evaluated and serviced. The service rep was professional, communicative and accommodating. The wait area was clean and provided beverages and popcorn while I waited for my car. I felt comfortable there and it did not take long to have my car diagnosed and service work to be completed. I will definitely be returning to that dealership to have further work done when needed. Thank you!”

“The service rep was not personable with me at all. That's how it started. Anyone that deals with customers should be open and friendly. Not in this case. I had to be there at 7:30 am. I made it close to that mark, after having to deal with a blizzards dump in my drive. My vehicle was there for over 4 hours before I recieved a call saying 'they just started'. I needed a ride to and from. That person was very nice. A great representative. Since my repair under a factory recall, I have experienced the exact issue, twice, that the repair was supposed to fix. My door latches freeze open so my doors do not close and latch secure, creating a major safety issue. If this is Ford's actual recommended fix, they failed. If Dondelinger did what Ford offers as a fix, they should already have the knowledge to know it is not a fix. Mine and my passengers lives are at risk due to this issue. If the Dondelinger group and its tech staff cannot fix my problem, I could never recommend their services. This is their second failure for me. But this one is huge.”

“Micah was awesome. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I was given a tour of the new facility and it is all very impressive. The car buying process wasn’t strung out at all. Start to finish we were done in under two hours. Will definitely keep this place in mind when it’s time to purchase my next vehicle.”

“Micah went above and beyond to make things possible in a very tight window of time. It was so refreshing to know that I wasn't being pushed or sold, and instead being supported and informed. Micah and Chris made things happen in 2 hours - I told them what I was thinking, what I needed, and where I'd like to be payment-wise. I cane in at 1pm and by 3pm, everything was finalized, and I had a brand new vehicle. It was such a great experience to feel supported and informed rather than being sold, and I'd truly recommend Micah to anyone looking for a vehicle. The service from Dondelinger was phenomenal, and Micah and Chris are fantastic.”

“Poor Sales Experience
I stopped in today because I had a brief opening in my busy schedule to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I entered the dealership, I was not approached. One salesperson, from a seated position, asked if they could help.
I asked about a specific vehicle and pricing and was only given the base cost. After that interaction, I walked around the showroom floor for approximately five minutes and was not re-approached, so I left.
As I was heading out, I noticed another vehicle I was very interested in and decided to go back inside. I looked for a salesperson, but there was only one available and they were already assisting another customer. At that point I was already annoyed, but I stayed because I was genuinely interested in the vehicle. I eventually took it for a test drive, but after only about a mile, I was told to turn around and return to the dealership.
When we got back, I asked for numbers out of curiosity. What was frustrating is that my down payment options were assumed, not discussed. I was never asked what I was comfortable putting down, yet the numbers were already pre-worked when they were brought back to me. That alone made it clear I wasn’t being treated as an engaged or serious buyer. By that point, I had already decided I would not be purchasing a vehicle there.
What stood out most was the overall lack of engagement and the feeling of being judged. I was wearing work clothes that were a bit dirty and arrived in my older daily-driver, not my nicer vehicle. I truly felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a serious potential buyer. When someone walks into a dealership—especially someone asking about pricing and test-driving—they should be engaged immediately. What someone is wearing or driving should not matter; money spends the same.
To add to the frustration, when I asked where the sales staff was around 2:00 PM, I was told they were on lunch. From start to finish, this was a very weak sales experience and left a poor impression.
I will not be returning to this dealership as I continue my search for a vehicle.”
