“I'm a potential buyer that came here looking to lease or finance I as approved by my credit and everything was good. From the initial interaction the sales agent Patricio was rude un professional never explained or showed any cars or was helpful as soon as we walked on the lot he gave me the first option to buy. They never showed me a contract or the terms and conditions all they wanted was for me to sign. I got approved for a 0 down sign and drive and then was told to give 3000.00 for a down payment so I can't get my monthly lease down by 30.00 Patricio the other lady that was his supervisor Sheila Completely unprofessional and liars. I was told that I was going to get a soft credit pull and when I get my email I got a hard pull complete lying to me the buyer . Screw you people”
