“This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at any dealership. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and stud/lug nut replacement turned into three separate visits and multiple full days of lost work. On my first visit, I waited four hours only to be told they didn’t have the parts. On my second visit, after waiting nearly all day, they claimed the repair was complete—but the brand-new lug nut I brought was still sitting in my center console. The repair had never been done. On my third visit, I waited most of the day again. They eventually returned my truck, but shortly after, I discovered the wheel center cap had been improperly installed with missing screws and fell off and broke while driving. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I lost multiple days of work, dealt with repeated delays, incomplete repairs, and ultimately received my vehicle back in worse condition than I brought it in. I purchased my truck from this dealership and expected professional service. Instead, I experienced negligence and poor quality control. I would like to be contacted by dealership management to address this situation.”
