“Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Went in for an air bag recall, stood there with no place to sit and wait. Was never offered a place to do such. An hour later I was ready to leave. Upon leaving I seen dirt in the drivers seat, beat it out the best it would come out. Once I got pulled out into better light that’s when I seen several greasy finger marks on the passenger side headliner just above the door opening . Then I looked on the dash where the air bag had supposedly been replaced and seen the dash had been broken. This is a bad practice getting in cars with dirty hands and clothes. Guess whoever broke the dash during the repair hoped it wouldn’t be noticed and never bothered to mention it.”
