“I bought my used white Jeep compass here about year ago I had an issue with my battery last week and I got it towed here because my car died at my work and would not fully start. They took over 2 days to do a full inspection with just speculating what the problem potentially was. The communication could have been better in my opinion it should not take almost 2 days to do a full inspection. In the service department they were telling me new car batteries they could give me where going to cost 900 or 1,300 that is ridiculous and a scam! I got charged 198$ for the service I got my car towed to Gordies auto repair in Chesterfield and I got my batteries replaced for only 497$ and the service was great! I know they have to make business but that is terrible.”

Took my vehicle to the Roseville location and they gave me a written false quote for nonexistent issues for over 3 grand,and returned my vehicle after 5 days with 7 extra miles, oil depleted and low air in all my tires-then to your location, and the issue was fully covered under warranty and was told within hours of dropping my vehicle off to be diagnosed! “The guy below this review doesn't reply to emails . . . This is how I got my car after getting all brand new tires put on The front driver side tire keeps going down to 33 in the morning. What's wrong with these tires? Also my car was supposed to be done on a Tuesday and it wasn't done till Thursday (one do your guys called-in was the excuse I got??) and I was working till you closed so I had to get a rental car an extra 2 days. The car is still make the same noise. And now it's hard shifting, jumping! if I accelerate too much when coming from a stop. It didn't do that before. The front tire is at 33 every morning now and only gets up to 35 after an hour drive...”
