“I’m pretty upset my wife and I bought a Cadillac CT five 2025 a couple months ago. The passenger seat stopped working and there’s a crushed ashtray underneath the seat the plastic gas station kind. The car was a demo and I’ve never smoked a cigarette in the car, nor has anybody ever been in the car that does smoke cigarettes I have allergies and kids. I did not expect to buy a smokers car when I bought a new car from a dealership. After calling the dealership and setting up an appointment, it seems like they were trying to blame us for the ashtray being there They’re willing to fix the seat, but unknown if they will detail the car or replace the cabin filter as requested I will edit the post with further information after service if it’s taken care of House will probably be removed entirely”

“I have a 2023 CT4. The dealership took a lot of time to fix difficult service requests, one service request was to repair noises in the cabin. Since the vehicle is under warranty, the compensation to the dealership is minimal. Highly trained mechanic's time is worth much more than they get reimbursed for from GM. So taking the time is costly to the dealership. That didn't stop them from taking the time it took to do the job correctly. Special shout out to Jarrod K., the service manager. He took a lot of his time to assure every detail of the required repairs were done perfectly. The services they provide are superior to any Cadillac dealership I have used for service in the past.”

“Friendly Cadillac Service Department is not on par with other Cadillac dealers. This was our first appointment which was a no charge. The first thing they wanted to up sell us on their super duper auto wash $40. We declined of course they did not wash our car like any other Cadillac dealer with a complimentary wash. When they changed oil they did not place reminder sticker on the window. But they did put their name plate holder on the automobile when we bought it as well as sticker with their name in the front window. They also threw the lug nut changers on the front seat instead of placing them in the glove box. Since Cadillac has one of the best ratings for American cars you think this dealer would not be so cheap to charge 3% fee on a credit cards. Trust me this will the first and last time we visit this service department. I was apprehensive about going there. My sister who also purchased a Cadillac from Friendly said the service department was below standards of the other Cadillac dealers in the area. I should have listened to her. Excellent sales department lousy service department.”

“We brought our Cadillac in for diagnostics and were told it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. When we explained we could not afford that, we asked only for the bare minimum repair to stop the blind-spot mirror light from staying on and draining the battery. We were discouraged from repairing the vehicle and advised to consider getting rid of it. Randy later called me and said the car was ready for pickup. My wife went to retrieve it and was told the battery had not been charged and would likely die on the way home. It did. We then had to take the car to a different mechanic and pay $350 for a new battery. We were not given a receipt at pickup and were later told the diagnostic bill had never been processed. Jared came to our home to jump-start the vehicle and only then provided a receipt. An independent electrical shop later identified the blind-spot module and offered a clear repair solution. This dealership did not provide practical repair options and did not take responsibility for the cost and inconvenience this caused. I would not recommend them.”

“I recently had a few things done here at this location. So to start regarding the 6.2L engine recall on my 2022 Escalade, once the work was completed I was simply told “you’re good.” There was no explanation and no next steps as I was leaving. I actually had to ask them directly, “So now what?” before learning that the recall permanently changes the oil requirement to 0W-40, which significantly increases oil change costs to around $200. That is important ownership information and should have been clearly communicated without the customer having to ask. On a separate visit, I was told they would not install new tires because my rims are black and they did not want to scratch them, I'll be honest I've never heard of this and odd I purchased my vehicle at this location. I went to Discount Tire immediately after and was told they have never heard of that either and had no issue servicing my rims. Discount actually did a good job too, not a single scratch. While the staff is friendly and I have no issues with work they do, the overall approach feels very lackadaisical with poor communication and questionable explanations. Because of this, I will be taking my business to a different dealership going forward.”
