“Shannon, Stephanie and Larry are awesome. They took care of me like I was family. If you're looking for a quality used car, national car mart is the place to go. They actually stand by the cars they buy and treat you the way everyone wants to be treated.”

“Gave one star just for a disgusting review
But I can only guess how many people are in debt with a vehicle that is not even able to be serviced
Within 3 months I replaced the timing belt, before 6 months I replaced the front underbody
After a year the rear assembly needed replaced and after buying the parts that are not returnable, the underside was so rusted out that there was no way to attach the rear assembly to the vehicle and was unable to get the vehicle drivable and with an outstanding balance of over $9,000 remaining. The warranty was a waste of money cause everything that needed replaced was not warranted
But these are people that need money it’s just the sellers don’t know what they are selling you
It’s the people that approve these vehicles road worthy are the real offenders
Either way they represent a company that condones this practice
Just educating the masses from financial debt”

“The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The price was more than reasonable for the vehicle I purchased and the transaction was the quickest I've ever experienced. I will absolutely do business here again and recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“Our experience was okay. We drove four hours to get the car for my 18 year old daughter. When we test drove it, the tire pressure light was on and the salesman said he didn't know why because he had just put air in the tires. Everything else seemed fine. We were able to get a fair price. However, 15 minutes into our drive home, my daughter (who was driving the new/used car) blew out a tire on the toll road. I immediately called the dealer. While he seemed concerned, he didn't offer to help or pay. Three hours later and almost 600 dollars, we headed home. About 2 weeks later, we had to replace the brakes. I knew we would have to put money into the car, but I didn't expect it to be right away. I just got the typical "used car salesman" vibe after all this happened. Btw...the salesman said he would pay me 100 dollars to help cover the costs after the fact. I never saw that money.”

“Bought a 2012 Ford Taurus SHO from here last August. They agreed to have the control arms and wheel alignment done. When I got it back from the shop the car still pulled to the left. I was informed by my mechanic that whoever did the control arms did not torque them under a load so I ended up having to get them done again on my own. After that it started over heating at idle a week into having the car. Brought it in and they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Turns out they sold me a car with a bad water pump knowing that it would be expensive to fix because it’s ran by the timing chain.”
