“**Customer Review:** I absolutely loved my sales and finance experience when purchasing my 2024 Gladiator. Both representatives were incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable trading in my Jeep Wrangler, which I had driven daily for eight years. They gave me a great deal, and the buying process was amazing. However, my experience with the service department has been disappointing. I scheduled an appointment eight months ago to fix a non-working fog light. I was told my vehicle needed to be kept for service, which I understood, and I asked about a loaner. I was placed on a waiting list, which I also understood, but my position kept changing—from 6th to 3rd, then back to 8th. Each time I called, I spoke with the service manager, who controls the list. I even offered to drop off my vehicle for a day, but worried it would be disassembled and left unfinished, leaving me without transportation. I’m frustrated and unsure what to do next. I hoped the service department would reflect the same excellent experience I had during the purchase. Happy customers share their experiences, which benefits the dealership. Unfortunately, I’ve never received a follow-up call from service, not even after my oil change. My fog light still doesn’t work, and my warranty is running out. I just want it fixed. “My salesman was new and didn’t know what he was doing. The sales manager did a great job backing him up and stepped in when the salesman couldn’t answer question. The finance manager did a great job as well! Besides the salesman that I easily navigated around, they worked hard to secure this deal.”
