“We had a wonderful buying experience with this dealership. I purchased a Cadillac CT4 in I believe September of 2024. In December 2025 i traded my Cadillac in for a SUV, I needed the room, Grandchildren and a small business... I purchased a extended warranty, that was over $4000 (estimated). I thought the car needed to be paid off by the dealership that I purchased the SUV from in order to get my warranty back and I was supposed to go through Dimmit Cadillac to get the refund. My contact with Dimmit started on 12/9/2025, multiple emails went unanswered. After some time I dug and dug and figured out how to submit the cancellation myself. then after multiple emails to the warranty company and no answers I sent a email from the contact portion of the website which got me a phone call from a Nick Feliciano, He gave me his email and told me as soon as the car was paid off to shoot an email with the pay off and they get it rolling... fast forward to Monday 1/5, I received an email from the warranty company letting me know that the refund was sent to Dimmit at the end of December - it was $3,078. I sent an email to Mr. Feliciano, like i was told and stared inquiring on the check, no answer from M. Feliciano, I emailed again on 1/6, and again on 1/7... I then received an email on 1/9 that was probably automated from a Mia, I replied asking to have someone contact me, apparently they tried to call a number that I do not use...so on 1/12, 1/13 and the last email on 1/14 to Mia asking for a number to the finance person, which I still haven't received an email back on. I called and got ahold of a Betty that handles the warranties, she was fantastic, super helpful, she saw the refund that was due and was cutting a check and going to put it in the mail yesterday. I asked her to send me a confirmation on the check being cut and documents that she asked for to make sure she received them, 2 days later no confirmation email and 3 emails later from me. 2 phone calls today and one time she was at lunch and another - maybe she just wasn't working today. That's where i am - I just want my $3,078 dollars so i can purchase a extended warranty on my new Jeep! Next stop BBB and i will review and post Facebook every day until i get my warranty money - this is absolutely insane!”

“Rashar does an excellent job!! Answered all my questions about my new car. Anytime I called if he wasn’t at his desk, he called me right back. I would definitely go back to see him for my next vehicle.”

“I picked up a mint condition 2018 Tahoe yesterday on Halloween. So far it’s been a treat!🎃 No tricks from the wonderful sales team. Complete transparency from my sales person Jimmy Gass. I had a demanding wishlist and Jimmy worked diligently with me to find the right vehicle. My ex wife will tell you that I’m not the easiest person to work with, however, that fact did not deter Jimmy. I commend you on your professionalism and patience throughout the sales process. Special thanks to Sales manager Marc Lewkowiez and the rest of his team for treating me with respect and for having a great eye keeping quality cars on the lot. I hope this Tahoe will run as smoothly and cleanly as she looks, for years to come.”

“Beautiful showroom but more importantly the people here are genuinely nice. The sales manager Cristo was very polite and cordial. He made me feel totally comfortable. Two salesman both named Mark were so very kind to me. I have had some medical issues over the last few months and rather than talk about the Escalade my wife asked me to come and see, they gave me some very supportive information and advise. I honestly felt like I was just hanging out with friends. I think at one point I forgot why I was there.
I had a piece of carrot cake with one of the Marks and well - I felt normal. Feeling normal when you've been sick and in pain for a few months is pretty darn awesome.
I would just say I highly recommend this store. There business is definitely selling fine automobiles. Theyre very proficient at it. The guest experience is superior yet they do it without losing their humanity.”
