“If you want a small family oriented dealership where they greet you on the phone with a warm, attentive attitude and actually follows through on EVERY thing you simply just ask about - this is YOUR dealership! Clayton & our finance manager made my jeep deal a BREEZE tonight. Our finance manager even stopped to help me understand the GAP process on a vehicle of mine that was deemed a total loss and my next steps for GAP!! From start to finish Clayton worked with me on being very transparent- even pointed out to me very minimal cosmetic flaw instead of trying to hide it (that’s a good sales person right there!!!) Dayton is very lucky to have such an energetic salesperson who truly does love what he does for a living. Good car salespersons who truly care about their customers are hard to come by nowadays - but Clayton puts reassurance there’s still good hearted people, yet alone dealerships. I can’t thank Clayton enough for turning an unfortunate situation into a literally jaw dropping smile when I saw the vehicle we drove an hour and a half away for!! You’ve earned more then 5 stars in my books!”

“reply to the dealership's ... I brought it in for this issue you all missed it........
And the fact that I have a vacuum now and fuel trims are within spec , you guys probably didn't even do diagnostics I don't even believe you did it was just sold a bunch of miscellaneous maintenance stuff as an easy sell/target
I trusted this service center to diagnose an ongoing issue with my van because I’m not a mechanic, and I expected professionals to identify the cause. Instead, I was sold over $2,500 in maintenance items that did NOT address the actual problem.
To be clear: I wasn’t arguing that the maintenance items didn’t need to be done eventually. But they were presented to me as the cause of the rough idle , poor MPG, and overall performance problems I brought the van in for.
When I picked the van up, I was immediately pushed to buy new tires before I even had a chance to see whether the van finally ran correctly. It didn’t. It drove exactly the same — if not slightly worse — than when I dropped it off.
For the next several months I kept trying to figure out what the issue could be, and eventually I gave up and did the diagnostic work myself. Within one afternoon I found the real cause:
a long-term lower intake manifold gasket failure that was never inspected or mentioned in the dealership’s diagnosis.
The gaskets were crushed, flattened, and leaking badly — something any technician should have caught during a proper diagnostic process, especially for a Pentastar engine where this is a known issue. Once I replaced the gaskets myself, the van immediately ran correctly again.
I brought my van to this dealership because I trusted them to diagnose the problem professionally. Instead, I paid for maintenance work that didn’t address the issue at all, and the actual problem was left untouched. It’s extremely disappointing to feel like I would’ve been better off diagnosing and fixing it myself from the beginning.
I wanted the problem fixed, not a list of unrelated services. And after spending over $2,500, the issue was still there until I repaired it on my own.”

“Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is a hidden gem in the MOPAR family in Clearwater.
I have been a faithful Ram and Jeep owner for almost two decades, mostly in Texas. I will say Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat knows how to treat a customer and offer affordable prices, no pressure pitches, and quick service.
It started when I pulled up and was greeted immediately, and within minutes my Jeep was already on its way for servicing. I will have to give a shout out to Aeromis and the Service Center, and mechanics for the incredible wraparound service for my Jeep. Not only did the oil change and tire rotation get completed in less time than was projected (by about 20 minutes) but it was inexpensive as compared to other dealership nearby.
If you've ever had terrible customer service and had to deal with a condescending service manager plus realizing your vehicle has surprise problems "after" being serviced then you will realize the value of Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and why you should go there first. I did have the worst experience happen with another CDJR dealership nearby. This service experience at Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat was great and they earned my business.”
