“Updated 5/15/2025 I FEEL LIKE IT WAS TALKING WITH FAMILY! THEY HAD MY CONCERNS IN MIND WHEN THEY OFFERED THE MITSUBISHI TO SHOW AN 86 YEAR OLD WOMEN. BEING SAFE AND RELIABLE WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. I TRADED My 2000 Mustang GT convertible finally died with 231,013 miles on it, and I needed a car immediately, and Richard was there to help me! You will be treated like family. Turned out to be the steering column. I took it to the Hyundia dealer and it was fixed no questions asked. It is great to have a car dealer that I can Trust!!!! IT HAS BEEN 110,000MILES ON IT NOW AND IT IS RUNNING GREAT! There dealership is clean and they have the best of the best VEHICLES sitting on their showroom! I love my 2017 Hyundai Elantra! “The purchase of my BMW 435i was smooth and trouble free. Great people to work with at Craig and Landreth. The car has been fantastic with the exception of the oil pan drain threads being damaged. It is clear that it is due to over torqueing the plug. This would have been obvious to whomever did the service while the car was at their dealership. Either the tech damaged it and didn't say anything or noticed it was damaged and chose to ignore it. I had to cut larger threads and replace the plug just to get it tight enough not to spin, but it still leaks. I did what I could to look over the car when I arrived but you can't see the leak when the belly pan is on, let alone when the car isn't on the ground. The only real fix is to replace the oil pan which is $1,000 plus the labor of removing the subframe and the pan. This is a very common issue with the N55 engine. Again, service was great during the sale. I believe somewhere there was missed communication during the service of the car when it was inventory. Also, anyone with an elementary understanding of mechanics known loosening a fastener doesn't strip the pan threads! I contacted Doug when I found the issue (April 29th, not the time of writing this review) to which he said he would get with Richard and see what he says. There was never any mention of the subject after that.”
