“It was a long drive to take a chance on what was a great find in a low mileage vehicle. The salesman Mike Benz, had the car waiting for us in spite of us arriving late. Mike stayed late to work with us and take care of us. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle was painless and fast and at no time did Mike pressure us. He had us out the door with a new vehicle quickly and with a full tank of gas as he knew we had driven 2 hours to see the vehicle. Mike is an exceptional person and salesman. Thank you Mike for a great car buying experience.”

“After finding a good deal on a Used Chevy 2500, I contacted them to verify they still had it. After verifying they did, I explained to Holly that I would be coming from West of Indianapolis (2.5 hour drive) and set an appointment for 2pm on Saturday. I asked if they could hold it for me once I was on my way, and Holly happily agreed that it would not be sold once I was on my way. I arrived 20 minutes early to be met by Ty, who promptly told me the truck had been sold 20 minutes prior to my arrival, without any apologies. They lied, Ty was not professional by any means & I wasted 5 hours of my wife & I's time, fuel to get there and headaches of traffic for nothing. Walt Sweeney Ford DOES NOT CARE about promises made to customers at all. I would look anywhere else to buy a Vehicle! To top it off, I called and asked to speak with the Used Car sales manager, and was told I would get a call back. I have heard nothing! Shame on you Walt Sweeney Ford for the lack of respect to customers & VERY poor customer service.”
