“Looked weeks for a decent car, drove nearly 2 hours and I was NOT disappointed! Chancellor was a great rep, the buying process was smooth. Had a small issue with the car after we left, they immediately fixed the issue. 1000% recommend this dealership!”

“I came in despite reading the reviews and I can say that they're right. If you decide to buy something here be cautious and either know what to look for on a car or bring someone who does know. I came in to see an older car they had for half a year, and it hadn't been maintained at all, parked behind multiple cars. The guy had to jump start it and put air in the tire. The whole time I was left by myself to inspect the car and test drive it while the salesman sat inside. Even after letting it run for the hour I was there the battery was flat dead when you turned it off. The battery was some offbrand one thrown in. The tires looked used and mismatched. The asking price of 5k was extremely high for this 15 year old car I wouldn't spend more than 2k for on fb marketplace. During the test drive the heat didn't work, the car had flickering lights and multiple electrical system warnings popped up, it had a vibration at speed, and the back half of the frame had rust. the interior looked like they spent a lot of time trying to make it look nice but looked really greasy because of that. I didn't want it after all this but went ahead and gave an offer as is and was told no, and left with no further negotiation on price from the salesman. Overall the experience was as expected, didn't seem very professional or even seem to care about selling the car. A dealership shouldn't be selling cars at that price in such poor condition.”

“This place sold my 90 yr old mother a car that her mechanic said was very dangerous to drive. My mother trusted the salesman Chance when she should not have. He told her nothing was wrong with the car. His mechanic had checked it out all was good until we paid him and drove it away and found there were many parts and problems to reach back out to him about it. You would think you were talking to a different guy. He said we aren’t expected to fix everything wrong with each car. You’re buying a used car there’s gonna be rust there’s gonna be problems and you have to expect to put more money into it after you buy it. That was not what my mother expected from the first words that he said to her and oh yeah, they’ll try to fix it for you, but you have to pay them to do what they should’ve done in the first place . I have a feeling this place treats everyone the same and it’s a vicious circle for many people buying the car bringing it back telling them how bad it is them closing the door on them if they don’t wanna get it fixed by paying for it At least that’s what I see from all the reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints so everyone should be aware. This is the picture of my mother with chance, the salesmen at Oak automotive with 2 personalities and two stories. One who wants your money the other who is done with you no matter what he sold you”

“Best car purchasing experience we've ever had anywhere. Everyone there was super easy going and friendly. Our saleman, Mike takes an absolutely no pressure approach and made our time there very enjoyable. We drove 5 hrs to look at a vehicle we spotted online, and there were no surprises or hidden details whatsoever. What we hoped we saw online was exactly what was there when we arrived. Drove the car home an hour and a half later, and we couldn't be happier. These guys were awesome to deal with, man. Thanks so much!”
