“Was in the market for a new more fuel efficient truck. After visiting several dealers who low balled my trade, came to Northgate that had a truck I liked. It was out on a demo but still talked some numbers. Unlike the other dealers, offered fair trade right from the rip. Decided to come back when truck was back in the showroom. Came back later that afternoon and fell in love with the truck. There was several other interested in the same truck but held it for me since I was first which was shocking because no dealer from my experience lately does this anymore. Price was more the fair.
