“This is an amazing place to get a new car. I’ve dealt with extremely pushy sales people at other dealers, that is not a problem here. Everyone from front to back is helpful, caring, and courteous. I worked with Sam Onyango and Brian Higgins both of them were nothing but helpful. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If I buy a new Toyota in the future it will be here!”

“Kings Toyota was the best car buying experience we had in over 20 years! Jeff and his team are top notch and professional. Ryan made it easy to do business over the phone and had most of the deal put together since we are 5 hours away. Ron in the finance department went over a few options of warranty that suited our needs. He was friendly and professional and never pushed anything on us, he simply answered our questions and made some great suggestions. Sam, the gentleman, that showed us our new Grand Highlander’s features was simply awesome. Friendly, funny, and explained all the features very well. The best buying experience in 20 years and well worth the 5 hour drive.”

“I have had the worst sales experience with Toyota.Yes there is no question about the product quality and reliability as everyone knows that Toyota cars are one of the best in the world in terms of price, quality and reliability together with other Japanese brands .However upon my first meeting with a sales person , he was begging me to agree on several different extra insurance packages, by insisting that the car would easily break down on engine, with system and power issues as well.I had a feeling that he just tried to tell me that the car he was trying to sell me wont survive within a year with lot of mechanical issues, that I must buy lot of warranty packages. Normally when a dealer sells a car they usually highlight advantages , pros and best features without any telling any negative things .”
