“I recently had a not so good experience with another dealership and knew it was time to get rid of that car and leave that dealership all together! So I went to Joseph Chevrolet!
Antonio “Tony” Wallace is hands down the BEST salesman! I traded my 2021 Traverse for a 2026 Traverse and the experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end!
The managers that make the deals are so caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get everything you want! Bank wanted me to have a 2026 instead of a 2025. That didn’t stop them! I chose a 2026 model (was better overall) and they made sure my 2026 would look like the 2025 I fell in love with! Truly appreciate them!
Tony, he’s the man! He goes above and beyond for his customers! He stood behind me 100% and did everything he possibly could to make sure I got the absolute best deal I could get & also everything I wanted in the new car! The customer being happy and getting what they want means more to him than the sale! The sale is the customer and being there after the sale! He doesn’t stop taking care of you… after hours and even after the deal is done, he is still there for you with whatever it is you may need!
I couldn’t be more happier with my overall car buying experience at Joseph Chevrolet & working with Tony! I even referred a few of my family members there where they also purchased their new car as well!”

“I had a great experience with Joseph Chevrolet on Colerain. My salesman was Greg Fails and I think maybe his middle name should be Doesn't, because Greg Doesn't Fails to make the car buying experience great!
From the phone interaction, to the meeting in person, to the negotiating, and the actual purchase! A-1 across the board!”

*Disclaimer, Poor Business!*
This place is an absolute disgrace! I have never dealt with such unprofessional service in my entire life! You would think if making a purchase of over $45,000 without a loan involved that a person would be treated and attended to till the end to ensure everything goes smoothly, right? This has been the complete opposite! They recieved payment on Wednesday morning and I was informed that the vehicle would be delivered on a flatbed within a day, 2 days max. It is now Sunday and I cant get my sales rep. (Shein) to respond to a txt message asking the where abouts of my vehicle. Nor will the Manager of used cars Nick S. Return any of my 3 voicemails ive left because he doesn't seem to answer when I call.
Now Im not the type of person to just talk poorly about someone or something unless I have firm affirmation of what im saying! What im saying needs to be heard by anyone looking to buy vehicles from Joesph Chevrolet in colerain Ohio! Don't waste your time or money with these people!
I am now going to be seeking legal advice for how I should proceed with the situation at hand. As im not sure if it should report Joseph Chevrolet to the attorney General of Ohio or how to proceed. Hence acquiring a legal team. Im hoping that this review will ignite a fire under their butts and get them to get me some answers so we dont have to go thru the courts.

“Ty Rogers was an excellent salesman. From the very beginning of the buying process, he proved himself dedicated to the customer and making sure the vehicle was exactly the one I wanted. Since I live a little over an hour away, he took a video walking me through the entire truck. He was always available to answer questions and make sure the entire process was as smooth for me as possible. I would absolutely refer him to someone for their next vehicle, and I will look him up if I’m in the market again for sure. The dealership was also able to make sure the process was smooth as possible so I’d refer the dealership as well.”
