I purchased my truck in October from Joseph Chevrolet in Colerain, and within the first three weeks the motor went out. I contacted the dealership and was told to take it across the street to Joseph Buick GMC in Colerain for repairs. They said it was fixed, but just a few days later the truck wouldn’t start. I later found out the starter had been broken and I was never informed about it. Since then, I’ve continued to have issues. The truck jerks and runs rough, and it recently broke down on my wife while she was driving with our 3-month-old baby in the vehicle. That is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Communication has been poor, problems keep happening, and now I’m being told there are no rental vehicles available and it could take days or even weeks. After spending this kind of money on a vehicle, I expected reliability and customer support — not constant breakdowns and excuses. At this point, I am formally requesting that the dealership buy back this vehicle or provide a permanent resolution. I no longer feel confident in the safety or reliability of this truck. I am extremely disappointed with both the sales experience and the service departments. Buyers beware.

Chris put together a very good deal for me and got me the exact Denali Ultimate I was looking for. He made the purchase process very simple. I will be back next time. I am in the market for a GMC vehicle.

INCREDIBLE buying experience from start to end. After a not so pleasant shopping experience at another larger dealership in town… lets just say Joseph Buick GMC will receive my business for life!! Car shopping is especially stressful when it is not planned for & can feel intimidating as woman, but I can't say enough good words about the entire team here. Worked with Chris in Sales and Patrick in Finance - 10/10 men & couldn't be happier with my purchase. LOVING my beautiful GMC Terrain Denali 💕

WOMEN BEWARE! Please don’t make the mistake I did buying from this dealership! The carfax listing on this vehicle showed heated seats. It came up in my carfax search as having heated seats (the dealership adds these options in carfax) Scott went over the multitude of safety options (this Envision constantly beeps at every turn). By the time he was done, I had forgotten to ask where the heated seats option was. When I asked for the carfax listing the dealership had made, he said he didn’t have a copy! Make sure you drive this tin can for a week before buying! The dash board is dangerous to navigate. After waiting a week to have scratches fixed before picking up, and told the car would be ready at 9am on Saturday. I waited for another several hours. When they brought it out there was a new discoloration on the black trim. The salesperson, Scott, agreed. He went to get a spray and cloth to wipe it off, but it was embedded in the trim. He then went back into the office and came out, proceeded to try to cover it up with a sharpie before I could stop him! While waiting for the car to be cleaned, Scott told me three of their mechanics just quit. I wonder why? Scott also told me they often had to take cars back when sold as is, due to being threatened by lawyers. It was a horrible experience and I hate the car for so many reasons, yet when I asked them to buy it back, give me my trade-in back, along with my down payment, I was told no! I wrote a message to the owner requesting to buy the vehicle back and have not received a response! Like many of the reviews, once you sign the papers, they are done with you! This was a major purchase for me and I missed so many red flags! Please be very careful when purchasing from this dealership! Attached a pic of the blemish on the trim, Scott tried to cover up with a sharpie. Right below my phone!

Very nice salesman; however, make sure you leave with both sets of keys, otherwise you will be required to miss work time while they make an additional set— they will not do this on the weekend to accommodate for you; make sure you check the inside/outside of the cars for scratches (my brand new purchase needed detailed on the inside&outside from scratches. When I picked my car back up, there were still crumbs on the inside. Photos included). And order your title yourself — I have been waiting for almost a month for mine to come in the mail. If it doesn’t come, I’m responsible for ordering yet another. Okay experience while I was there — horrific experience once I left.
