I had a great experience with sales man Rob. He was polite, opening doors for us, offered us coffee or water. Very knowledgeable of new 2026 new Frontier truck we bought. Helped us set up the Apple Car Play on my cellphone. Brought the first truck we looked at inside the garage so we weren’t in cold & rain. We test drove this tuck for a test drive, he made sure gas tank was full. He provided the same service for the truck we purchased. I’ve bought 9 vehicles so far in my life and never had such a great experience like Rob provided.

Brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation today. Tech went thru all the typical inspections; tires, brakes fluids and battery. I was told everything looked great, including the battery which they said was tested. Later tonight for the first time since owning this car (purchased brand new) my car did not start. I had to have AAA come out for a jump. Maybe it’s just coincidence but I have had zero issues with my car battery prior to my visit today.

Walked in and was greeted right off the bat and asked if anyone was helping me. I said no but I would like to test drive a Pathfinder Rock Creek. He Aaron had card up within minutes. I did not have an appointment. Then the challenge of getting me approved in which I expected to walk out without the Pathfinder. They couldn't get approval at first. I went hope and got a call from Salesman Aaron saying to comeback the finance department worked some kind of magic. I went back and drove away in a new Pathfinder. Finance didn't give up. So far very happy with the experience I had. Give them a shot..

I was happy with the oil change and the time it took as well as the nice gentleman who took care of me. However, I had oily handprints all over my windows and doors. I initially opted not to have a car wash. I went through Whitewater Car Wash the next day and the oily hand prints are still on my windows. There should not have been any handprints anywhere except possibly on the hood of the car. Photos are prior to car wash. P.S. ZERO wiper fluid in my car same day as oil change.

If I could give negative stars I would and if I told the entire story start to finish then this review would be 3 pages long. In short: My mechanic who deals with them had my car towed there and they were so rude to him on the phone he meant to have this towed to Fairfield since Colerain was SO disrespectful to him. Unfortunately the tow guy did in fact take it to Colerain. Then I paid $1700 for them to fix my car. They said they were almost positive this would remedy the issue (I realize you can never be 100% sure). Several times I was told I would be contacted.... I wasn't. Then I get a TEXT, not call, saying that the car was not fixed but they could transfer me to the sales team. I had to beg and plead and talk to the service manager, the operations manager, and the general manager to be offered $200 back when my car is in no way fixed. They really just wanted to sell me a new car it seemed. The service manager then lied and said they had told me that there was only a 50/50 chance this would fix my car. That never happened. I would not have gambled $1700 on a 2011 base model car. Eventually I did get $500 back after pleading. So still $1200 down the drain for NOTHING. The icing on the cake was when my car got towed back to my house damaged. It had to be damaged on their property. Side swiped with deep scratches that can't be buffed out. I have never had a worse experience in my life. I have friends who have had similar experiences and honestly I have no idea how they have the good ratings they do. Maybe their sales team is better than their service team? I will say the general manager is new to that branch so most of this bad review falls on the service manager, and their underwriter tiffany. I still feel as though I should have gotten my money back. Will never go there again.
