I was at a point of giving up all hope from buying a car from my last experience at another dealership but my sales rep Josh did his big one with me! “Everyone here is super nice. Very professional! It's a well-oiled machine, I tell you! The place is spotless and everybody talks to you and smiles. They don't care if you're here just for service or if you are looking to buy, or if you're stopping by for a part. Everybody gets treated super important, as we should! And by the way... Don't ever tell me that it's impossible for businesses to accommodate everyone in a neutral restroom! They've got a hallway of doors. I've seen this before and other businesses, especially progressive college buildings. There's not a downside to it! I've been in housekeeping management. I would rather shut down or clean a restroom one at a time. I've been in retail, I'd rather have one restroom at a time that a family can go in. I'm a mom. I'd rather have one safe bathroom for my kid to go in and feel like a big adult doing all the things all by themselves. There's changing tables in a few of these restrooms as well. Personally,I need accessibility so I'd rather have one bathroom that has the room for me. Honestly, I can't see any drawbacks to this, no matter what your point of view is. Not to mention, everyone is safe in their own space. Everybody can be private. Nobody needs to be intimidated. I've only been here twice so far and I picked up a Kia tumbler and got some touch-up paint while I was here. This is a super nice dealership. That's all I'm saying.
