“UPDATE 10/14/2025 — finally got the 32.00 back. never got the 32.00 nsf charge that they agreed to pay. Update: went from 5 star to one star I DONOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR From here. When you write a check here and they send it thru ahead of time, when they were to hold it. They are going to pay the $32.00 overdraft fee. I’m still out 2 hours work time to go and clear this mess up. They LIE. I have to say a big thank you to Dell Smith the salesman. I went to look for a new car as mine was totaled. I don’t like to be hounded while I look. He gave me time to look around and never bugged me. After looking a few days I went back to Dell and purchased a 2025 Kia Sorrento. If you need a car go see Dell.”

“My son purchased a used Jeep from this location. He paid cash for it. When we went to pick it up, the vehicle was not prepped for delivery. Not washed, not cleaned out on the inside, not even moved from the spot my son parked it in when he test drove it. Gerald, the “sales coach,” told us he was going to have the vehicle delivered to our house by 2pm. It showed up at 2pm, and it was clearly not cleaned up. There was a gummy bear like substance stuck to the back seat, and what appeared to be an exploded milk all over the seat and ceiling. We sent the car back. At around 6pm, the vehicle showed up again, same issue, but not before Gerald called and told me that it was a used vehicle and they couldn’t make the vehicle appear new. When I explained that this wasn’t the expectation, and that they simply take pride in delivering a vehicle, and he agreed. After it arrived again in the same shape, I took a rag and was able to wipe all of the milk and gummy substance off the seats and ceiling. Within 20 days, the vehicle left my son stranded on 71N. It then sat in their service department for 4 days before it was ever looked at. When they determined they couldn’t repair it, they sent it to another dealership. My son called the GM 2x, Gerald 2x, the corporate office 2x, and none of them ever called him back. We had to drive 30minutes and show up in person to get anyone to talk to us/him. I’ll never set foot on the lot of another Wyler dealership.”
