“Best car buying experience ever! I factory ordered my 2026 Defender from Greg Gaver at Land Rover Cincinnati, and I have to say it was literally the best buying experience I've ever had. That says a lot, I spent 14 years in the car business myself 30 years ago. No doubt the business has changed, but I know good service when I see it. Greg responds to every communication immediately, if not sooner. The pricing was transparent and fair. The advice was professional as I chose what to order and once I placed the order he kept in touch every step of the way until I picked up my new vehicle from him at the dealership. Amazing work, Greg! Thank you.”

“I dropped off my car on Monday Oct 27, the guy works at the desk his name is Lee said they gonna fix my car on Friday same week , i didn't hear anything until Nov 5th I called and he was like we didn't get the vehicle in yet , I asked for a rental to use and his answer was we give rentals only for a customer !! ( I don't know if he see me as a customer) that's my second range rover the past 3y .and then I was like why you didn't call me and explain the delay he stays quiet. 10 days waiting and they haven't looked at the vehicle, bullshit dealership, rude people. wouldn't recommend to deal with them , spend your money somewhere else . This guy lee not qualified to work there.”

“I usually dread car buying, but my experience here was exceptional from start to finish. About a year ago, I worked with Tyler (who may no longer be there), and he made the process seamless, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He was chill, attentive, and genuinely wanted to help, not just make a sale. Every request I had was handled smoothly, and the entire buying experience was efficient—I wasn’t there all day, and it never felt like a battle or negotiation. What really stood out was the integrity and care of the team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. At one point, I forgot something in my car, and despite it being quite a drive, they mailed it to me without hesitation—such a generous touch. It’s rare to find a dealership that runs this well and makes you feel taken care of, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They turned what is usually a stressful experience into one I genuinely enjoyed.”

“The customer service at Land Rover/Jaguar’s service department is top-tier! They’re always super, super friendly and professional. I’m always on the go and so bad with appointments, so if I need to check my tire pressure etc. I just stop in and they take care of me every single time, no matter how busy they are! And if they’re busy, no worries, they have a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks! Thank you to the entire team at Land Rover! I appreciate you all.”
