“Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient during the process of buying my 2009 Toyota RAV4. The photos and information was accurate on the website. After a test drive I identified a noise and an odor from a belt potentially slipping, so Curt came out and showed my brother and I exactly what the issue was. Zack was immediate to order a quality replacement part, and Henry was helpful in discussing the prospective deals with me. I came back a few days later and the smell was gone and very little noise was present. Having a little doubt he walked me through the warranties and were patient while I read them for 10 minutes at least.
