Let’s start with the General Manager, Mohammed. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. Over the phone, he made assurances that were completely inconsistent with what happened once I arrived at the dealership. Not only did he fail to greet me, but he also walked past the desk where I was seated multiple times without offering so much as a hello or an introduction. Instead, I was handed off to a salesperson who clearly lacked proper guidance and had to run back and forth to Mohammed for even the smallest questions. This alone made the process unnecessarily slow and unprofessional. I arrived with a written buyout offer from another dealer at $104,000, which Mohammed specifically said he could beat. After all the back-and-forth, the number he presented was $118,000 — a staggering difference and certainly not an improvement on the offer I already had. When I questioned this, there was no explanation, no acknowledgment of the discrepancy, and not even a basic apology for the wasted time. For a brand like Lincoln, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The experience left me with the impression that professional courtesy and transparency were simply not priorities here. To be clear, this review is not written out of frustration for not getting the price I wanted — it is to help others avoid the time, effort, and disappointment I went through. If Mohammed is the person you end up dealing with, consider it a warning sign. I strongly recommend Highland Park Lincoln/Ford. Ask for Matt.

This review is only of the service center. My car is currently with them. Pro: updated my family every step of the way. Con: I have 3rd party coverage and before I took my vehicle I asked about acceptance and they said yes. All along the way was the same story. We are waiting to get everything okayed and we can use the warranty parts or order our parts. The last day everything changed. I was quoted an additional $2k out of pocket on top of what my coverage is paying because I HAVE TO use their parts. The option is no longer on the table for using warranty parts. They lied to me since the beginning and now I am scrambling to figure out a rental car, warranty issues and how to get around for the next week. I will be reaching out to the BBB.

I was actively in the process of purchasing a vehicle here, check and insurance ready, and was asked to wait at the dealership while paperwork was being handled. After over two hours of waiting, I was told “never mind” because the car had been sold to someone else. The finance manager’s, Ali Bilal, behavior was particularly unacceptable: dismissive, unapologetic, and lacking even basic courtesy. No attempt was made to acknowledge the inconvenience or take responsibility for the situation. He instead tried to blame us for his own screw up. The General Manager stepped in and said they would help us find a reasonably priced alternative after the mistake. Unfortunately, that turned out to be empty words. There was little to no follow-up, and their team made no real effort to repair the situation or earn back trust. Mistakes happen but how a business handles it matters. This dealership showed poor communication, poor internal coordination, and a complete lack of respect. Purchase toyr vehicle anywhere else.

Took car in for a scheduled service and then told me additional work was needed before looking at it. Hard pass. I will never schedule service here again take the drive to suburbs ford. More professional there.

Went to a service and oil change. Yet, after the last oil change at this location I decided to give them again as it's convenient for me. Nevertheless, poor customer service. I was quoted a high price for services "needed" which I know is more of a dealership pricing then other but what got me was the oil change. The last time I went it was about $70+ but the current service was over $100 and Murgado is cashless. I had the cash and ask about the price but was told that it's always been more than fox ford. Nothing I can do about that so I paid with credit. Yet, they didn't reset the oil notification on the car nor provide a sticker for the next service date because it's "tedious" to order those stickers. So, why return? Because their AI assistant Melinda Martinez next day shoots me a text about their records shows I need an oil change and I can get it for $79+....like why
