β€œI was in a crazy car accident that pretty much totaled my car. Last Thursday (12/11), I originally had plans to purchase a different vehicle but it was sold prior to my arrival. Disappointed, I was honestly ready to leave. John was my sales rep and did not push or pressure me into any decision-making. Super patient in freezing weather as well. I have to note that! (Thank you John!) Some other vehicles were shown to me that had the criteria I wanted as well as keeping everything my price point and I did test drive about 2 cars and finally settled with the help of my family who came with me. Everything took maybe 2 hours from the time I arrived to test driving to deciding and completing paperwork! No games.. no going back and forth with the boss.. got me financed and on my way. You won’t be disappointed and they will forever have my business!”

β€œI worked with John (sales) and Kiko (manager) and they were both awesome. Since I was coming from out of state, I was honestly pretty nervous because this was my first time ever buying a car out of state. There was some confusion during the process but John and Kiko took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fixed. When I flew into Chicago, they even picked me up from the airport on time which I really appreciated. After that the purchase went smoothly and I love my new ProMaster. Thank you John and Kiko for making this experience easy and worth the trip! If I ever buy another car out of state, I will definitely be returning to Midway Dodge.”

β€œI would like to share my terrible & bad experience at this Dealer. I took in my vehicle for an oil change,when I picked it up I didn't read the paperwork given to me after 2 days later and realized that this Dealer reported to the corporate work performed on my vehicle that obviously it wasn't done. I call the dealer and asked them what was done on it the day I took it in they said only an oil change i ask the reason of the description on paperwork their respond was that somehow they had to describe a reason for the vehicle service i told them that I was going to call the corporate to make sure this wasn't reported to them, well they did so I explained the corporate what was the reason I took it for and none of the work mentioned on the paperwork was performed; one because nobody call me telling me that my vehicle needed this done two because I didn't gave them permission ant three because my vehicle is perfectly fine with no problems I just bought it couple months ago. The only reason the dealer did this was to report hours of work just because it's still under warranty. So guess what after I made the complaint to corporate the dealer change all the description on the paperwork work on their end and send me the supposedly new paperwork. Another issue with them too the dealer removed my personalized plate bracket with a midway dodge without my knowledge & they try to wash off what they did trying to compensate me with a free car wash & engine cover. I can't believe that they do and make changes to the vehicles without the customers permission imagine if they do this I don't doubt they do other things to damage the vehicles and go back to them. Definitely i do not recommend this Dealer don't trust them they lie to customers. I recommend customers to check in carfax after you take your vehicle to a dealership just to make sure nothing else was done on it without your knowledge. I give this Dealer 0 for review shame on them for what they do taking advantage of people this way. One last thing they are very messy when they do oil change they leave your engine dirty to make you think it's leaking oil. These are some of the pictures to prove what they did.”

I do not like to feel pressured or harassed into buying a car or feeling like I am being hunted down in the parking lot by salesmen. John was great. My daughter loves her 2018 Nissan Sentra.
