When I was supposed to go to the dealer to pick up my car, my daughter was unexpectedly sick and I wasn't going to be able to Uber - so Ricky picked us up to make it easier for us. Then after I bought the car, he spent easily 30 minutes going over the car, answering my questions, and showing me all the features. He was super responsive to all questions and messages and never felt pushy or too "sales-y".”

“My vehicle has been in the shop over 30 times since I bought it brand new in 2021 at McGrath. Various warranty issues, recalls, same things getting fixed over and over again. I have gone through 5 blower motor fans, 5 horns, multiple rear light replacements due to water getting inside, wiring issues causing rear mounted brake light to continuously malfunction, the list goes on. I have a huge stack of receipts from the service dept that I am collecting for my attorney. Most recently, I reported my drivers side seat belt wasn’t retracting properly, my stereo system not working and my rear mounted brake light constantly malfunctioning. All of these issues were reported and brushed off or fixed incorrectly, not addressing the real problems. Now, conveniently, Hyundai doesn’t want to take care of these recurring issues as I’m over 60k miles. When I first reported the issues, I wasn’t and I have proof. Do yourself a huge favor, don’t buy a Hyundai and don’t buy anything from McGrath period. They don’t stand behind their vehicles. They don’t take the time to properly diagnose issues they just want to get you and your car out of their garage. Additionally, the operations manager, Davey, not sure what that means, has informed me that they will no longer be servicing my vehicle. This is convenient since they owe multiple repairs that were brought to their attention and not fixed properly. They’ve been reported to multiple agencies as well as Hyundai of course, for further investigation. Don’t let any of their techs touch your car. They will lie about your car and make false accusations against you stating they have inspected your vehicle and nothing is wrong with it. They actually lie on the service records. Also, they allowed another customer, who had dementia, get into my vehicle and start removing my belongings. This was documented at the time and is on camera. I have witnessed multiple customers upset at this place because they’re tired of having to get their car repaired. Avoid McGrath dealerships at all costs.”
