“I received excellent customer service. The customer service rep was friendly, kind, and thorough. Originally, I was told that this was a 4 to 5 hour job and that I would receive my vehicle the same day as I brought it in. I have approximately 10:30 AM that morning. It would have been helpful if I was informed that the parts needed to fix the recall order Was not in stock. I was without my vehicle an extra day and a half un anticipated. Everything else was excellent. I appreciate the experience of quality customer service again as this concept seems to be lacking in today’s society. Thank you.”
