“In March 2025 I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told by the service department that I needed my differential fluid flushed/exchanged. I did exactly what they told me to do so I don’t avoid my warranty. After driving my car for some miles my AWD warning light came on. I called Honda City to let them know what was going on with my car and they needed to recheck the services they did. I told the service manager what warning light I had and right off the bat he said the service they did on my car has nothing to do with that AWD warning light. So I took my car to another Honda dealership in Elmhurst who had my car lifted to check underneath it and came to find out my drain plug was missing for the differential fluid that was done in March. They told me that I needed to take my car back to Honda city and they had to fix this at no charge since they were the ones that failed to put it back on. Honda city refused to help me since I wrote a bad review and said they had nothing to do with it. Below are photos of proof of the differential fluid exchange I got with Honda city in March and another invoice at Honda in Elmhurst saying my drain plug was missing and there was no fluid in my differential. This could have severely damage my vehicle and Honda city could care less. If they did this to me, I can only imagine what they do to other customers there. I will never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!”
