“I don’t typically rate and review an establishment unless they provided an exceptional experience or downright horrible experience , but I was compelled to do so for the Car Planet dealership. In my 50 plus years of buying either used or new vehicles I have never experienced such an amazing transaction. The level of service I received from the very first moment of contact was phenomenal, Raquel and KC were transparent and honest and were willing to go that extra mile to sell me the vehicle. KC was very on point with communication and listening to his customer needs. He never made me feel pressured or like I was just a quick sale (he is more of a wine and dine kind of dealer). The actual sale of the car was extremely convenient and done so with expediency , we were able to negotiate a fair price that we were both happy with, mind you this was all done over the phone. There was no pressure to come to the dealer and sit there and haggle back and forth. Once we reached a fair price we moved to financing, it was an easy online application and did not take more than 7 minutes to complete. The very next day KC called me and told me I was approved; KC went as far as to facetime me to show me the car and talk about the features. He asked me when I would like to come in and test drive the car. we settled on the date and I went in. I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the lot by Angel and he directed me to Raquel who immediately took me out for a test drive. Once back in the lot I was able to do a full inspection of the vehicle. I took notes of concerns, once inside I met the most positively friendly Financing Manager there is on the planet!!! (shout out to Kris) He addressed each of my concerns with honest answers, Kris never got pushy with warranties or any other type of added services. I signed the paperwork and away I went, feeling like I just spent time with family. Bottom line if you need a vehicle that is backed by the dealer then go to Car Planet in Chicago Heights”

“I have desperately needed to purchase a vehicle as I lost my last car in an accident. I needed something within my budget and quickly. After reviewing my financial documents, it became apparent that it would be difficult to drive off the lot with a car today. But the staff were so amazing that they did everything that could to make sure I had something today no matter what. After thoroughly explaining all the details of the car purchasing process, they were able to convince my (unwavering) mother to assist in the purchasing process which made all the difference in me being able to finance a car. When I entered the building and let Raquel and Chris know what I needed today, Chris pulled out the light that was out on my vehicle. I was happy to know that Car Planet was already on top of it and just needed time to call me back to have the part replaced.”
