“Brought my MK6 VW GTI here to get the clutch and rear main seal fixed/replaced and turned out to be a good experience. This dealer really worked with me on sourcing third party parts if available and even allowed me to purchase some of the parts myself so i can provide them when i dropped the car off. I've never had a dealer automatically recommend third party parts instead of just defaulting to the VW part numbers, and was very refreshing. Overall they performed the job at a very reasonable price compared to other independent shops in the area quoted and figured they had the most experience doing this kind of job. The day i picked up the car i noticed that the car was making a lot more drivetrain noise than the car ever had and had the service advisor come take a look at it. After some discussion and back & fourth, he had some of the service technicians look it over again. They agreed that there were new noises that did not seem correct. The following day i went to pick it up after they claimed to have fixed the issue, and to my honest surprise it was completely fixed with no extra charge for the diagnosis/repair. I figured that whole process was going to be a complete headache since I figured it would be typical dealer shenanigans. It was a relief that they were able to agree there was new issues after the clutch replacement, were able to own up to it, and and get it fixed in a timely manner. This was the second time I've used this dealer for large jobs on this GTI and both experiences turned out to be good (even great considering its a dealer haha).”
