“I can't even explain how horribly wrong this visit went. We went onto the lot at about 130PM on a Sunday. Worked with a younger gentleman, whom said they were getting a vehicle for me to test drive...so we go to the waiting room. We wait there for about 20ish minutes and then a young lady comes gives me keys to something and says its outside ready for a test drive. Okay, so we go look at this vehicle...Not what the guy told us it was not the vehicle we were told we were going to test drive. Get in the vehicle its scrathed, dirty, smells of dog and there is dog hard everywhere and the truck inside and out, you could tell hadn't been detailed. I test drive it anyway, come back like 5 minutes later and go to find our rep who is dealing with another couple and he is apparently spread too thin while it seems most other people are sitting there playing on their phones. I literally ask this guy if I'm being punked... i found a few more vehicles to test drive was told he was busy and he'd reach back out when they had the vehicles at the lot to test drive... fast forward 30 mintues later i get a text saying they cant get to one of them because the lot its on is closed today and the other is possibel but they lost the dealer plates and proceeds to ask me where they were... ummm what? okay so maybe it was an excuse, get a call a little later telling me the other lot cant find the keys for the other one i wanted to test out.... and all the while when there was a bunch fo time in between where we didnt hear anything we see our rep outside trying to put plates on a vehicle stealing the screws from a brand new vehicle to put plates on a used car he was selling apparently.. so.... I was told he'd call me back about test driving the other vehicles..... nothing.. no calls and its now Friday. So in the meantime we went ot another dealer who was amazing. Banister did a great job with us, didnt treat us like crap and i bought a really nice low mileage 2023 full size pickup from them because they actually cared enough to work with us. It seems like a clown show over there at Southern, good luck to anyone buying anything there. Becuase our experience was horrid. I spent all day out there waiting on the dealership to want my business. I hope someone from Management sees this, because this is a totally unacceptable way to do business.”

“I can honestly say that after taking my Wrangler into this location for aprox 8 years this was the worst/most disappointing service I've ever recieved. Had my Jeep towed in before noon on Friday bc she stalled out while driving. Now I fully understand that she couldn't be seen that day. My husband had set up through their AI system for it to be diagnosed on Saturday. Well the service advisor told us, "we don't do diagnostics on sat bc blah blah blah" I was already expecting that, so it wasn't surprising to be told it would be seen either Monday or Tuesday. Monday comes I send a text t to the service advisor & get back "can't be diagnosed bc there's no bays to put her in." Tuesday comes & I text the advisor again. No answer. Left a message with an actual human operator for our advisor to call us back with an update, please & thank you. No contact all day. Next morning the advisor sent a text apologizing because she left early Tuesday. So, now I'm annoyed. Advisor text me at like 7:48 am Wednesday morning that they were going to check & would get back to us shortly. Around 11am we still hadn't heard anything so I text our advisor again. "Checked the fuel system, all good there, gonna run the electrical side. Found a blown fuel fuse." Great! So now all they needed to do was the yearly inspection since she was already there. Inspection was great just needed wipers. Told them to replace those too. So now it's like 1pm. We hear nothing till 4:50pm were the advisor is like "you're all done, I sent you the invoice & that 6pm is the latest to pick up the vehicle. Thankfully my family was close by & could fairly quickly take my husband to pick up our vehicle. Also, why did the invoice I recieved say one amount but once my husband got there the invoice total was higher even after his military discount? It's just really sad that since covid this location has gone down hill. Honestly, the only reason to continue any service with this place is only for the "Southern Hospitality" benefits you get when you purchase the vehicle through them, but I will be taking my Wrangler to another shop for any work that I can't do myself for now on. You may ask, did I complain to management?" No, what's the point? There AI system is obnoxious & we were even told by the service advisors that "when you leave a message with Pam, the AI system, they'll never recieve it."”

“I had a great experience here. I was in need of a vehicle and came to the perfect place! Between Tyrone, Chris, and Allie, I had the perfect team to get me a vehicle efficiently like I needed. They were always on the ball and doing everything they could to help me with the process. Tyrone and Chris were always one step ahead in helping me find my perfect vehicle. Allie specifically made the financing aspect go over super smoothly. All in all would definitely recommend coming here!”

“Great place to shop and get my vehicles serviced. No pressure salesman. If you have any questions they will assist you in any way. My service writer went out of his way and got me info on a truck sitting in the lot due to being early and before they were opening. Paul got me the info and set me up with Joe Anthony in Sales.....Great Guys and No Pressure from any one. Went for maintenance on my 2020 Ram 2500 and left that afternoon with a 2025 Ram 2500 Diesel.”

However, I am dissatisfied with the condition of my new vehicle's interior following the service, raising concerns about the dealership's attention to detail and potentially impacting my recommendation for future repair and service needs.”
