“3rd WORLD LEVEL SERVICE*****Southern Chrysler/Jeep has Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service and repair department around. The service clerks are the most incompetent, non-caring, and unempathetic people in customer service. When I go in to get service for my car I get greeted by a group of people who basically have "I HATE MY JOB" written all over they're faces and pass on their misery by giving the most unfriendly and unmotivated demeanor to their customers. Half the time I don't know if it's employees or customers hanging out because they're not even dressed accordingly. One girl had a hood over her head and yoga pants, at least give them golf shirts that says the name of the place on it. I came to pick up my car after an oil change once and the service tech placed the new oil change reminder sticker smack dab in the center of the windshield. When I asked him about it he said "well it comes right off hehe!". Talk about unprofessional. Two occasions they kept my car for over six weeks each time just waiting on parts. Both times they couldn't care less I was struggling to get transportation for work. Anyways, I took my car there because my extended warranty is through them. My experiences in dealing with the service department was so bad, I traded my car in at a better dealer with better costumer service just so that I didn't have to deal with Southern Chrysler/Jeep any longer. I do not recommend that you buy a car through them because of the terrible customer service. Update***I took my wife's vehicle to a more professional and organized establishment and after the horrible experiences I had from Southern, it felt like a breath of fresh air and a weight lifted off my shoulders. I was greeted with the most awesome and awe inspiring smile ever. They took us in immediately but advised us that they were currently behind and apologized. The clerk's friendly demeanor, good attitude, and smile made a big difference. Listen i'm a realist and I don't expect to be coddled and treated like royalty, but I do expect to be treated respectfully by those who claim to be professionals or by anyone for that matter. Remember, its not how they treat you while they are trying to convince you to buy their product because they are willing to say and promise anything to get you to let go of your wallet. It's how you will be treated after you wake up to start your car on a cold and blustery morning and it doesn't start. How will you be treated after?”

“My time here was by far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and informative. I left there feeling assured that I was well taken care of. Kia, who I think was the BDC manager, was able to convince me to actually drive about an hour when I didn't think I had any chance of getting approved, but something about her was very reassuring, so I gave it a shot. Benny, who was my sales professional, was very transparent and I didn't feel like he was just trying to throw me in something and get rid of me. Frank, the finance director, was extremely patient with all my questions, broke down the stuff I didn't understand Barney-style when I needed it, and was very committed to me leaving happy. Demitrios, one of the sales managers, was the friendliest and nicest car sales manager I've ever had the pleasure of getting to speak to. Kyle, the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator, was also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, so they definitely picked the right guy for that position. If I could give more than five stars on here, I would. I'm very thankful that I was blessed enough to have just browsing to waste time turn into getting a vehicle I absolutely love!”
