I wish I could give this place a zero! I would not recommend this place to anyone no communication they run your credit for Vehicles that you had no interest in! I would not go to this place!!! you ask about one vehicle and they mentioned nothing to you. Any problems about it I send the credit app over and they run it for a truck that is $30,000 more than the truck I wanted it ran for. Then, when confronted about it, they said the truck I was asking about, had a recall, and they could not sell that so instead of telling me that they tried to put me in something that I had no interest in! Then you try to talk to a manager or get someone to call you back no reply they just send you to voicemail. Never call back. Poor communication ! They seem to just want to run your credit and then no reply ! I will not recommend this place. Please stay away!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My car salesman, John, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. As a 20 year old, I didn’t know much about buying a car, but John took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find a vehicle that truly fit my needs. Janina in finance went above and beyond to help me secure a great deal with excellent rates. I absolutely love my 2021 Kia Forte and am so grateful for the support and professionalism I received. I truly appreciate all the help and look forward to returning in the future!

Pt 4 of 4 for Amber Woodard. I had got a nail in my tire the first week after getting the car. I asked Kia what I needed to do to get it fixed with my warranty and she told me to schedule the appointment and they would take care of it. The earliest date and available time that worked for me to get it fixed was today at 3:30pm. I I figured while I was here waiting for what I was told was going to be an hour (turned in to 2 1/2 hours), I would go over to the dealership and talk to Joe in person. I walk over there, a few blocks down the road, and walk in and ask for Joe. Of course, Joe is gone for the day. Do you think I received any updates from him? NO!!!!! I was able to get help from Kevin, though. He was able to reach out to Karen to find out if the payoff was completed. It was literally done TODAY!!!!! My loan was processed 5 days after signing and I was told the check should have been sent around that time. I will call HMF tomorrow to verify they received it because I cannot trust anything out of anyone's mouth here at this dealership. I have now tried calling Joe 2x and sent a text asking him to please give me a call and I have not got one text, call, nothing back from him. THIS HAS BEEN A LIVING NIGHTMARE AND STILL DO NOT HAVE ANSWERS. I even tried calling the President of the company. Figured I would give it a shot. Of course, no answer their either so I left a voicemail. Oh, and to make it even better, I got a second welcoming text and email from Finsist with a different lender name on it and them telling me to please disregard the first one and sorry for the inconvenience. What in the world! Really, people!!! Also, if you have any warranties, make sure you get an earlier appt than 3:30pm so they can contact your warranty department in time to cover you or you will have to pay out of pocket. I honestly think the woman felt sorry for me after I told her this experience with this dealership has been a nightmare because she told me to take my car and go and if the warranty dept was closed, she would reach out to them Monday. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience buying a car and I can guarantee you, I will never come back here for another one, especially if this urgent issue at hand does not get fixed PRONTO!!!
