“Wanted to share my most recent visit with this store location as it was a pleasant surprise and I would like everyone in the local area to get the same level of service.
I came in Monday 2.2.26 to get my vehicle looked at for a transmission/engine concern because my vehicle wasn't running and shifting correctly. I did not have an appointment and initially the service representative wanted to schedule me an appointment for the following week which I was hesitant on doing simply because of the concern that I had. I walked out of the service office that they have to call my wife and before I could make the phone call a gentleman by the name Wes walked up and introduced himself and asked how my day was going and if there was anything in service and or Parts that he could help assist with. I briefly explained my story, and he then indicated that I wouldn't have to wait and to give him a moment and he would be more than happy to look at my vehicle with me and get it checked in.
He went into the back apparently to grab his coat and asked for my keys. He brought the vehicle in and started the check in process. One thing I'll add is every time I go to a service department the service member will always tell me to bring in my own vehicle and Mr. Wes said he wanted to bring my vehicle in, so I didn't have to go out in the cold. Extremely professional. Once he brought the vehicle in, he noted the information and popped the hood. Here is the best part. he immediately asked if I had recent work done to my vehicle and I did actually just have my vehicle at another shop across the street who did a bunch of work. I didn't go back there simply because when I called after my repairs were done and I was still having issues they said it would take 3 - 4 weeks to get it back in although they had literally just worked on it. The reason why Wes asked if I had work done is apparently the spark plug wire was not on all the way. He re-attached it and we drove the vehicle and just like that I have no more issues. I have never been to this location but after that experience this place has gained a customer for life. It's good to see that customer Service does still exist!”

“I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, were completely transparent about pricing, and worked with me to find the best option for my budget.
The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and well prepared when I arrived. The buying process was smooth and efficient, and Jake from the finance team clearly explained all the paperwork without any surprises or hidden fees.

The entire process was smooth and stress free. We felt confident in every step with no pressure sales & transparent communication, and efficiency from all aspects of the dealership, from both Managers Brian & Mohamed all the way to the service department.
Our salesman, Winston was terrific, answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable, and professional. He listed to our needs and explained things to us.
Abdul in the Finance department is extremely efficient. He truly made the paperwork process easy & understandable. Let’s not forget he was able to get me a better rate than my own credit union was offering. We will definitely be doing business with these guys again.”
