“Today, I had a terrible experience with customer service that resulted in me being extremely late for work. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 am, but I didn’t receive my car until 12:45 pm. Nick was extremely rude, and Susan Stiffler was particularly nasty and unwilling to assist me in finding my car. When she finally brought my keys, she informed me that my car was in the parking lot. However, she failed to mention that my Toyota Corolla was being blocked by four large trucks, one SUV, and another car all the way in the back. I am almost certain that my race and age contributed significantly to the poor treatment I received. I am also grateful that I don’t have to deal with this establishment again. Not to mention, I had a similar negative experience six months ago when I brought my car in June.”
