“I would rate BanisterNissan Parts and Service 0 Star if I could. I took my Nissan 2024 for her second oil change (less than 10,000 miles on it) after few days of driving the car I started noticing oil spots in my drive way where I parked the car. Decided to take a look under the car a noticed oil drips from the oil pan. Checked the oil drain plug and it was completely loose and almost depleted my engine oil which surprisingly did not popped any caution lights. My follow up to this comment will be if they do a damage evaluation of my engine.”
