“Our salesman was Jacob Reynolds, he was very kind and easy to work with. He made everything a very smooth and easy process and even got the price down a little for us. He allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles without getting annoyed once lol. 100% recommend and will go through with him again in the future.”

“Rating Jerred Miehlke is a 5. Overall experience was mixed. Took 4 hours to purchase a car. Room for making deal was sketchy. Shared Jerred with 3 other people.the car i got i think I did ok drove an hour and a half home and engine light came on. I found out there are no car inspection done by the car lot so be careful. I am happy just nervous right now. I can say Jerred is truthful and upfront. Tons of cars to choose from. Something for everyone”

“Salesperson: Jerred Miehlke. I highly recommend the Showcase team, specifically Jerred Miehlke. He engaged me and acknowledged my presence immediately, and from then on, for the next 6 hours or so, earned and maintained my respect. He never appeared to tire or show disrespect. He is very patient. I don't typically have this experience anywhere. When Jerred had to step away, the teamwork really shone through as I was able to approach anyone else and they were happy to help. I could tell this is not a commission-based place. I am from the South, really don't like Michigan and after 4 years living here I have found it to be the most racist place I have ever traveled to/lived in, and as a brown person/medical provider, this is the single-most positive experience I’ve had living here. I felt like a person. And did not feel unheard as a woman there without a man to validate my car knowledge or experience. I was there from almost open to close and no one got annoyed with me test-driving like 20 cars, literally. Jerred was patient while I reviewed CarFax, I bought do the SUV I picked out. After deciding on the SUV, which Jerred patiently helped me find, based on all of my needs/wants, I had the vehicle I ultimately purchased inspected twice (big guys vs the ma/pa place) in the couple days after my purchase. Similar outcome, with only needing things done that were based on the mileage and wear/tear. Even with more than 150k miles, I feel very good about my purchase-for one because I feel confident in myself and the decision I made, but also because this place was more respectful and professional than many other types of establishments delivering other services. They have a very good selection, and I won’t believe you if you say they don’t have what you’re looking for in a used car/truck/SUV. They could open a day care if they wanted 🤣. “We recently helped our son purchased a 2017 Ford focus and I had an outstanding experience. The process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free.
The sales associate, Jason Lapham, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and genuinely pleasant to work with. What we appreciated most was that he was patient and didn't pressure us into any decisions; instead, focused on finding the right car for our sons needs and budget even in the extremely cold weather.
Jason answered all of are questions clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Zach Hatfield was wonderful when it came to financing, he was professional and his honesty made a huge difference when going over all the paperwork

“Josh Studer helped us Monday 10/27 with getting a New Ride for our son. Me and the wife showed up at 9:30am when they opened and browsed the whole yard. We drive a Hour and a half to get there. We ended up checking out about seven to eight different cars. Just providing the stock number to Josh. He would bring the car around. An we took it for a test drive after filling out the form an making sure everything worked. It was quite easy. He never got frustrated with us when we just kept flopping between cars and thank God we found one.. Thx Josh our 17yr old loves his New Vehicle”
