“My experience with Richard Klein at Kia of Cherry Hill was nothing short of infuriating. From the start, he came across as confident and reassuring, but that act fell apart the moment the paperwork was done. Promises made during the sale were never honored, and once he got what he wanted, he completely disappeared. Calls, emails, texts—dozens of them—were ignored. Not once did he follow through or offer a straight answer.
The most blatant example: he told me the trim level I was buying didn’t come with rear entertainment screens, even though it absolutely does as standard equipment. When I pointed this out later, he dodged responsibility and claimed it must have been a “misunderstanding.” That’s not a misunderstanding—that’s a lie.
This wasn’t a small oversight; it was a pattern of dishonesty and avoidance that shows zero respect for the customer. If this is the level of integrity Kia of Cherry Hill allows from its sales staff, it says a lot about their priorities.
My advice is simple: don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat you like a person instead of a target. Richard Klein and Kia of Cherry Hill are not among them.”

“I want to commend Tim and thank him and the team at KIA Cherry Hill for delivering excellent customer service during my service visit on Oct 8. Tim greeted me by name upon my arrival and immediately proceeded to assist me with my service needs. I appreciate Tim's offering transportation back to my home since it was raining and I was leaving the car and walking back. He kept me informed on the service progress and recommended only services truly necessary as well as applying a coupon for my brake service. I greatly appreciate Tim's professionalism, kindness, and and honesty. It made my day! Cherry Hill KIA service department will not disappoint.”
