“They had my truck for weeks to diag an electrical issue, the gal at the service desk told me multiple times she would call me back with updates and never did until I made a stink about it management, the service manager Collin was very nice and communicated well to me. My truck isn’t doing what it was doing anymore but there is a bunch of dash hardware in the cup holder that didn’t get put back in and the technician that was diagnosing my electrical issues used a wire tap to check resistance and continuity instead of back probing the connectors so now I have a bunch of un insulated spots in my harness on my bcm that will give me future issues. Apparently this is what you get for “dealership quality.” Thanks “awesome” chevy.”

“I worked with Dale as my salesman and he was awesome!! He was able to work with my less than stellar credit and get me into a car I wanted and not just push me into a car just to make a sale. I noticed upon getting home that one of the tail lights had a crack, and he was on it to get it fixed and provide me a loaner when he could have just said “oh it’s off the lot, that’s your issue now,” like some dealers would.
