“Went to Volkswagen an oil change luckily I got too busy and my oil changed fairly quick. I like the option. Watch video of your oil change in progress. The staff was fun and friendly. Chanel, it’s absolutely wonderful. That made me feel comfortable. We all had a couple of good glass. Great experience, getting oil oil change. When I pulled up, I thought to myself wow this is gonna take a while. I have to sit here for a while. To be honest. I didn’t wanna leave right away. I was having such a good time speaking with the employees”

“Brought my 2012 Golf R to the dealership for a brake inspection and brake fluid flush. My advisor was informative and the technician (Houston) took great care of the vehicle and was very thorough with his inspection. With under 28,000 miles on this car, I will continue taking it to Village VW for all maintenance and repairs. “Buyers - be careful, their sales people are very misleading. When I bought my car here a couple of years ago, they sold me the warranty that was explained to me as covering everything bumper to bumper including electronics. Sounds great. Except, every problem with your car they always manage to find a way for it to be a problem with a part that is not covered under warranty or a part that has a separate warranty that just expired. Don't worry, the sales people will be happy to tell you how much of an idiot you are for not knowing how the fine print in the warranty works. The problem here is not that different parts in cars have different warranties, the issue is how the sales people frame it in a way to get you to buy it. Very misleading. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service people who worked on my car were very friendly.”
