“Service was excellent, from the time I pulled up! Rep was professional and helpful. Scheduled appointment was accurate and completed in a timely manner! On another note after service was completed who ever done the work left shop trash in vehicle ( plastic seat cover and paper mat) which I feel isn’t my responsibility to discard.”

“I took some time to reflect before writing this review because I wanted to fairly consider the service I received before, during, and after an issue with my vehicle. When I first visited to look at vehicles, a used Ford Bronco caught my attention. When the salesman brought it around, it was making a very loud, high-pitched sound. I specifically stated that the purchase would be contingent on that noise being fixed. This was discussed multiple times with both the salesman and the finance representative, and I was assured it would be addressed. During signing, a supervisor (B) briefly consulted with a mechanic and I was told the vehicle had been looked over and deemed fine. I was also reassured that the warranty I purchased should cover anything related to the noise, and I was instructed to return after 30 days if it persisted. I followed those instructions exactly. When I returned, the sound was still present. At that point I was told by service that belts were not covered under my warranty, which ultimately turned out to be the problem. The salesman said his hands were tied and that I needed to speak directly with B. I returned later that day because I was told only he could authorize anything related to the issue. Unfortunately, that interaction felt dismissive. I was told, essentially, “that’s how your car sounds,” which was frustrating because I had clearly documented the concern from the beginning. As a customer making a significant purchase, I value honor, respect, and integrity. When a company commits to addressing an issue, I expect that commitment to be taken seriously. I understand mistakes happen — we’re all human — but accountability and communication go a long way in maintaining trust. On my most recent visit, service did identify a fraying belt and replaced it. The noise is now gone, which confirms the original concern was valid. I appreciate that the repair was ultimately completed. A service representative I spoke with was kind and communicative, and I’m grateful for her professionalism. However, I do wish updates about my vehicle had been explained directly instead of being left only in written notes. As a disabled customer, clearer communication would have made the experience much easier. I was also advised to go to a Ford dealership for an additional issue, which left me feeling uncertain about long-term support after purchase. After multiple trips — each over an hour drive — and the back-and-forth communication, the overall experience left a disappointing impression. I share this feedback not out of anger, but in the hope that it encourages improvement. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and customers want to feel heard, respected, and supported. I can’t confidently say I would recommend this dealership to family or friends based on my experience. I hope future customers receive smoother communication and follow-through than I did”

“Update 12/30/2025. I used the mobile service today and again... Really happy I bought my truck from this dealership. "Abram" did a great job today with the mobile oil change and tire rotation. Mobile service is the only way to go: no waiting!!! I was so tired of contacting dealers through emails and such that I decided to go in a dealership and talk instead of having to report spam and block all the text and voicemails messages to my phone. The sales people there were very friendly and made you feel right at home. They actually cared about what I was wanting to buy and focused on that only. I found a truck that I really liked and it was outside of the price range that I was shopping for. They made it work for me and I'm so happy that I have all the bells and whistles that I was really wanting from the beginning. Look forward to future business.”

“Stopped by Downtown to Mountain View Chevrolet and was not disappointed! I came in looking to trade in my 2013 Nissan Sentra and not knowing what I would drive away with. The whole staff was very friendly and professional! Shout out to John for the great service and for taking his time to help me through the whole process! “The best and fastest experience I've had buying a car so far. We were in and out in less than 3 hours (even with the dealership being SUPER busy). The finance team put in some work and got us approved pretty easily even with our less than perfect credit. Will definitely purchase from here again in the future. The staff I worked with were all extremely friendly, personal, and professional. Very straightforward. Most importantly, I LOVE my new car. Fully loaded 2025 Chevy Trax! Thanks again guys!”
