“A few moths ago I needed service on my 2012 Ford Fusion door . I could not lock the drivers door . I looked up the issue on you tube . Seemed like it need a 200 dollar acculator. So I called the parts department and told them why I needed to order it . They were very helpful in supplying it . I asked if they could install it and he sent me to Dylan . To install cost 300 + tax . He gave me an appointment for 8am. My door would not lock and I had to open the window to open the door which is why I really needed service . (Dangerous ) Parts sent my part over and they shuttled me home for free . I told him I needed my car back today as I need it for trans portation to work in the morning . No call back from them , so I called them back a couple of times no news on my car . Finally before they closed I asked for my car back because no service had been rendered . Within an hour of my arrival they had serviced it . I paid bill and was directed to retrieve it . I could not open the door from inside same as before . I asked why was it not repaired . Dylan said he need to do an assessment which cost additional 150 dollars . I asked why wasn’t I informed before hand because they had already taken my door apart to install acculator . It was obvious that my door was not repaired as it should have been . He asked me for a good review ! He said no extra fee would be added but when I got the second bill it had assessment fee plus parts and labor . The total I spent was over 800 dollars because I thought I was using a professional repair . I cried because they literally ripped me off !”

“I've purchased two cars so far through Mtn View@153 (first car was totaled in an accident, buying the replacement) and while I hope this one lasts me a long time, if I ever need another car they'll be my first stop.
The sales team is accommodating without being forceful—when I quavered at the monthly payments they quoted me, they stopped and layed out all the possible moves I could make to bring the payments down and also explained why each change had the effect it did, and made me feel more confident in the choices I was making.
When I said I wasn't interested in their gap insurance bc I get it through my car insurance provider, there was no attempt to undermine or compare or push me into their service, just "it's a valuable thing to have, glad you've already got it!"
The car I bought had a sticker price of ~$21k and a KBB MSRP of ~$24k, so their prices seem pretty fair too.”

“I found this place on a whim while in-town with my husband. I saw they had a very special SUV in inventory but I was hesitant about making an impulse decision. We are raising our grandchildren and needed something bigger but were not ready to purchase. Jessie was essential in helping everything come together and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated that he was welcoming, approachable, friendly and had a great positive vibe. I got the feeling he wasn't in it for the sale but sharing a passion for helping people and love of cars. I love it that his in-depth knowledge of vehicles really shined. I won't lie, when we got to the financing and warranty part, I got very nervous. We were not going to buy a car that day! He threw out numbers and percentages with warranty packages that got my head spinning and I considered backing out. We must have got up to leave 3 times. So When I stepped out to take a breather, Jessie saw me visibly frazzled and offered some reassuring words that made us feel more confident in the purchase. Jessie worked tirelessly to get us in a price, payment, and package we couldn’t walk away from His pep-talk was the reason I walked away with this beautiful new Chevrolet suburban that I love so dearly. It's the perfect car and I can't believe I almost walked away. Jessie is the guy that will always go above and beyond for his customers!
