“I recently purchased a new truck from Mountain View Ford. While I was thrilled to finally take delivery after months of waiting, the process didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. There were several hiccups at pickup—some accessories weren’t installed, and a few basic issues (like a hyper-flashing blinker) hadn’t been addressed. Over the next two weeks, I had to return multiple times to complete the install and resolve service concerns. Communication between departments was inconsistent, and the first loaner vehicle provided was not ideal. That said, I want to acknowledge the team’s effort to make things right. They ultimately resolved the issues and offered a goodwill gesture that helped restore some trust. I appreciate their responsiveness once the concerns were escalated.
