“My husband and I came from out of state to buy a new car, and Levi made the whole process easy, and stress free. He was able to run numbers, trade in value est, and more before we even made the drive.
Would definitely buy from Levi/Long Hyundai again!”

“A mixed bag review.
Alex was our salesman and he was awesome. Alex was very patient with us, explained the details of the vehicles we were interested in and didn’t try to hard sell us. We drove about 8 different vehicles before deciding on what we wanted and Alex was great about letting us test drive what we wanted. We are very happy with our experience with Alex at this dealership and very happy with our purchase of a 2026 Palisade Calligraphy AWD.
Now the dealership itself could use better management. Everyone was friendly enough but the place was incredibly disorganized. Several cars we wanted to test drive had dead batteries and with the new technology no way to get in the car without power. Several other cars we wanted to test drive they either could not locate the keys or the specific car. How do you lose multiple cars ? The dealership needs some kind of controls over keys and the cars. They really have none. This is very poor management and a manager problem. Whomever the owner is they should reevaluate the General Manager position who had little control over his keys, his vehicles or who is responsible for insuring that keys and cars can be located.”

“I just got a car from them! Blake was incredibly helpful! He even reached out to let me know when the car I was looking at would be back from detailing! The buying process was so much easier than at a lot of other places!”

“The process of buying a car is stressful as it is, but this place manages to take it to another level. I’ve unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing both of my cars here. Most recently, this past June, I traded in my Elantra for a Sonata.
Aaron, my salesperson, was fine—he did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted and ultimately succeeded. However, the experience overall was far from smooth. Several cars listed online weren’t even available for sale on the lot, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, although I already had a pre-approval, there was a misunderstanding and they decided to run my credit anyway, which I explicitly said I didn’t want or need.
From there, everything went downhill. The process of paying off my trade-in took almost a month, and when it finally went through, it still wasn’t paid off in full—which a dealership is supposed to handle completely, regardless of the remaining balance. I had to go back and forth with the finance manager, Sean, a few times before they finally agreed to pay the remaining amount per our contract. To their credit, they were friendly and did provide a check for instant deposit, but the situation was completely unnecessary and should’ve never happened in the first place.
At this point, I’m convinced that Long Hyundai is either extremely disorganized or just plain shady. A car purchase is a big investment, and it’s disappointing that it’s not treated that way here.
As for the service center, I’ve had a few issues in the past with them not following my preferred oil change schedule, but since purchasing my Sonata, they’ve become more familiar with my preferences and have been accommodating—so at least there’s been some improvement there.”
