“Beware. Bought a Tesla from them and was advised many times that tesla has a factory warranty for batteries. Made comments about how happy he was to finally sell this car. Battery is shot and tesla will not warranty it. i contacted SR auto about the battery the day after i bought it asking for help. Then of course they wanted to help by offering a low rebuy price to make more money. This shows that they would willingly sale this car to someone else knowing it is a lemon. Very shady dealer. Proof is in the screen shots below from conversations with them. . Now im stuck with a lemon that i cant use of sale.”

“I purchase on 9/22/2025 Lexus 2015 RX 350 the process was good but before singing the contract. My salesman name was JORGE deliver was good, but after i received the car and checking the features as per linting there was no navigation. I contacted my salesman Jorge and asked him there is no navigation he said not sure, so i send him photo of the setting on the car dash board he never replied.I was disappointed he did not reply so I am sayin to everyone buyers be aware before you make payment and sign contract. They does not care once your have the vehicle. I will not recommend or purchase from this company due to their customer service treatment...THEY TREAT AS A NUMBER NOT A CUSTOMER.”
