“I took my 22 Seltos to AAA for a wheel alignment. They could not get all the wheels in spec and advised me to go to the dealer. They did not charge me. I took my car to Dutch miller kia for an alignment, thinking that any problems would be covered under warranty. They completed the work in a timely manner said all the wheels were within specs and washed my car, as they always do after service. When I got home, I compared their printout to the one from AAA and the same rear wheels were NOT in spec. See photo. I feel Ijust paid $171 for a car wash. Not happy”

“This dealership went above and beyond to take care of me 10/18/2025. I had been to JT's Kia of Rock Hill earlier in the day. That is where i had purchased my previous Kia. I made a deal with them, but needed money down. I went home, discussed it and decided to do it. I texted and called JT's over the next few hours but they did not ever call me back. I called Magdiel, the sales rep at Dutch Miller, and he told me to come in and they would get it all done for me. They sure did! Actually made me a BETTER offer and I accepted.
