“I recently had repairs done on my Audi A6 that caused me to be without my vehicle for about 3 weeks. Upon my arrival to the dealership I was greeted by Robert Diaz who was professional, explained everything to me in great detail, issued me a loaner vehicle and kept me up to date on the day to day progress. I got my car back with all of my concerns addressed a little earlier than expected! Shout out to Robert for doing an amazing job and advocating for me with the warranty company. I will definitely be returning in the future should I need more repairs.”

“I just purchased my first foreign vehicle and made a big girl purchase and I couldn’t be more happier that it was with Audi Northlake. My sales person was Ben and he had SUPERIOR customer service. I told him I was interested in purchasing a car in August and he was readily and happily engaged but then it was no longer the right time for me and I told him that. But he remembered that I said I wanted a new car for Christmas. He followed up with me days before a Christmas and said I want to help give you what you want most. I appreciated that he was intentional and dedicated to helping me! He genuinely had my best interest at heart from start to finish and I love my new car.
