I had a very disappointing experience at this auto shop. I brought my car in to fix an issue, and not only did they fail to fix it, but they actually made the car worse than before. When I walked in, the entire shop smelled like weed, which was already concerning. On top of that, I had to wait over 10 minutes at the service counter because there was no one there to help me. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor quality of work was unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

This car shop is dishonest and predatory. They overcharge, tack on hidden fees, and sell cars in terrible condition. What was promised was not what was delivered, and problems showed up almost immediately. Once they get your money, customer service disappears. No accountability, no transparency, just excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Brought my Jeep in after the check engine light started flashing. They check it and gave a list of what was wrong. Both catalytic converters went bad, plus the spark plugs, plus other items. Quoted us a price of $7200. We dropped the Jeep off a few days before Christmas. They still had not worked on it by Jan 7th. Said they were waiting on parts. Decided to have it towed to Dulles to the Jeep dealership there. The manager at Wrench and Ride tried to force my wife to pay $5000 for the parts that they supposedly order. Today, we get a call from the Jeep dealership and they said the converters and spark plugs were good. The only issue was oil had leaked from the oil filter housing and onto the O2 sensors.

I just loved to Charles Town and was so excited to have a place to service all five of our vehicles! Well, that showed to be a huge disappointment!! I took my truck to get inspection, and they seemed super nice, so I walked home to get my Hylander to get an oil change. They were very accommodating to take both vehicles in. Shortly afterwards the service manger informed me that the girl tech that was doing my oil change, got out of my vehicle after putting it on the lift and lifted the vehicle without closing my drivers door! Well as you can imagine, there was damage to my door! It damaged that the door couldn’t close! They assumed me they would take care of the door couldn’t close. They had my vehicle for 3 days, not only stressed about the damage but I was inconvenienced. The door was fixed, not like new but I let it go. I went to pick up my vehicle, as a courtesy you would think they would comp the oil change after the ordeal, no…. They changed me $96 !! On top of that my truck that got the inspection, the quote was about $350 less than the actual bill! I did push back and they took off about $100!! Did it make it right? NO!!! Would I go back to Wench and Ride?? No!! I have shared my experience with many! Shocking to the responses, not one other person has shared a positive experience or know experience! I am so disappointed !! I was informed it would take about an hour, so I walked around the lot. I saw a Toyota tuck and googled the book value, 2018 with over 109 miles they were asking over $9k more than the blue book value. I asked about it, I was told with the tariffs on the new vehicles, people are buying used vehicles, they will get the price that they are asking! Good for them to think that ! The same truck is still on the lot 4 weeks or so later! If your reading this beware and go to Creamers!!! They are awesome!! I wish I went there first! My fault not to research first!!
