ā€œUpdate as of 11/03/2025: Just received my car back after almost a month and wanted to update the review from 1 to 4 stars based on the service I received since then. My service advisor, John, kept me updated during that month and was able to get a rental to keep my plans as unaffected as possible. I appreciate the dealership owning up to the mistake from the original review and their service since then has been satisfactory. Original Review from 10/08/2025: The service department nearly water damaged my brand new car. My Charger Daytona needed to be dropped off for warranty work with barely 900 miles on it. It needed to be towed to this dealership and arrived with a dead battery and the windows rolled down. Before I left, I made sure to clearly tell the service advisor that they need to jump the 12V and roll up the window before it rains. Over 48 hours pass, there's rain in the forecast for that night, and since I was nearby, I decided to come check if my windows were up. To my surprise, my car was seemingly untouched except for some plastic bags loosely taped around the open windows, and one side was actually flapping in the wind. Since I got there after work, it was a little after 5pm and their service department is open until 7pm. I look around for anyone who can help me jump start the 12V battery but all the technicians had already gone home. The only people still around hand no clue what to do. So I had to go purchase my own battery jump starter and use it to roll up the windows. And as forecasted, it rained that night. What would have taken them less than 5 minutes took me hours to drive out of my way and get what I needed just so my car didn't get water damaged. If this is how they treat their cars that they try to sell for $70K, I'd hate to see how they treat the cars that are less expensive. On top of all of that, they have had my car for 3 days with seemingly no progress made, and the communication of any status has been lacking to absent. I am more than willing to update my review if they show any urgency or care in getting my car fixed, but given my experience so far, I'm far from optimistic.ā€

ā€œIn August my son and I purchased a Certified Used 2024 Wrangler Willys 4xe from Fair Oaks. Fair Oaks had the exact model and color my son wanted in like-new condition. Our sales person David Guevara was very knowledgeable about the Wrangler and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with the purchase. David had the Wrangler ready and waiting out front for us to test drive when we arrived, helped us work with the sales managers on negotiating a very fair price, and as I didn't have my checkbook with me, arranged for a dealership driver to follow us home to Maryland in a separate vehicle to collect our down payment check. That saved us a 40 mile drive back to the dealership with the check. Truly above and beyond. After the purchase, David stayed on top of getting us our permanent Maryland license plates through the dealership. Two months in, our son absolutely loves his plug-in hybrid Wrangler. I highly recommend Fair Oaks if you are considering purchasing a Jeep vehicle.ā€
