“I have now purchased 2 cars from this dealer and I absolutely love them. The first was a bmw x5 in 2020 and now Infiniti qx60. When I initially started looking, a Mercedes suv caught my eye(but I had a list with 4 others). Awd and under 70k miles were the requirements. I set up an appointment but was also surprised to be recommended the Infiniti. I test drove both and immediately hated the Mercedes anyway. But I knew as soon as I drove the Infiniti that was it. Jacinto was my salesman and Sandra was in charge of everything financial. They were incredible. The car is awesome, below my budget and as always, what sets cap auto apart from any other dealer is the lack of pressure and annoyance. It’s the reason I came back. The quality of service is just awesome. Not only are they professional, but they have a way of connecting with you on a personal level, which I feel like, if you’re going to spend 4+ hours there, is necessary. Really great crew and I’ll be back again I’m sure.”

“I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Capital Auto Sales. Only two weeks after purchasing a Honda CR-V from them, we started hearing a worrying noise from the brakes. When we took the car to a certified mechanic, we were shocked to learn that both the brake discs and pads were heavily rusted and worn, as you can clearly see in the attached photos. This is not only unacceptable for a recently sold vehicle but also represents a serious safety hazard that could have put our lives at risk. It is extremely concerning that a dealership would deliver a car in such condition without proper inspection or maintenance. We immediately contacted Capital Auto Sales to request a refund for the repair invoice from the workshop that had to fix the issue, but so far we have received no response or reimbursement. We genuinely hoped for a professional and transparent resolution, but this silence leaves us questioning their commitment to safety and customer care. Unless this matter is handled properly and the invoice is reimbursed, it will be difficult to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a trustworthy car purchase experience.”

“We had called this location inquiring about a car we were interested in, the phone was answered in a timely manner and the gentlemen who answered was kind, and patient and answered all questions before we decided to head there. Walter was our sales person, by the time we got there, the car was already parked up front for us to look at. He explained everything in detail. Walter was professional, kind, understanding, patient and all of the above. He did not make us feel rushed, he took his time. Vince from finance was also amazing. He quickly built a relationship with us and helped us through the finance part. Vince is someone who knows what he is doing, because before he even ran to a computer, he looked at the value of the car, factored in the down payment and with our credit score he was able to off the top of his head give us an idea of what the monthly payments would be (which was pretty darn close to the actual figure!) Now, that is someone who knows what they are doing. Thank you Capital Auto Sales for taking care of us! The only thing I disagreed with is making us purchase Apex Connect. I feel like that should be an option if a consumer wanted it considering most insurance company's offer GPS with their bundles & most cars already come with a built in service app. They kindly discounted it, but still, it seemed like it should be an add-on not a must. Overall, thank you Capital Auto Sales team for helping us purchase our car!”
