“The actual buying experience was good, but within two days of purchasing the vehicle all these problems popped up, and scanning the OBDII port provided more details. 1) The battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge so I had to buy a new one. 2) There’s a misfire in cylinder-1. I changed the spark plugs and ignition coils, which helped but didn’t eliminate it completely. 3) There’s a low oil pressure warning that would force the car into limp mode. 4) There’s an error that the camshaft position timing is over-advanced. None of these things occurred during the test drive. But if they came up after just a couple days of ownership, AutoHeaven must’ve known about them or simply didn’t bother to perform some basic check-ups on the vehicle so they could plead ignorance later. I understand buying a car “as-is” comes with some risks, but you’d think a dealer would at least get a car to a bare minimum of usability longer than a single day. It appears they clean up the cars to look nice and that’s about it. I declined the offered 3rd-party warranty but I can't imagine why they'd bother selling this car if someone was going to have to turn around the next day for warranty repairs. I’ve called and left messages with the dealer multiple times with no call back. Once you’ve left the lot, it seems they really don’t care.”

“Amazing from the start to finish. Rosa set up the test drives for my F150 right when I told her what trucks I was interested in. Then Rosa and Sergei made the financing of my transaction seamless. There were some challenges after the test drive with a check engine light and inspection; however, Sergei went above and beyond to ensure the truck was 100% what I wanted before I drove it off the lot. The truck was inspected, and they fixed everything as they promised. Best of all, Rosa, Claudia, Nikko, and Sergei were all very patient with me and my questions, which I had a lot.
