“Top notch experience, now let me tell you why, as I hope it helps. I called to inquire about a vehicle and its availability. The call was answered by Alyssa W, she was pleasant and gave me all the information I requested. She sent me a detailed video of the car with numbers shortly after we hung up. I work long hours so she stayed late for our appointment so I could test drive the truck. I was looking at a certified used truck they had, even though certified, I requested a pre purchase inspection from my mechanic, this is a non negotiable due to past experiences and some dealerships make it extremely hard to do this. Alyssa was able to accommodate this request easily and had it set up for the next day. I came the following day and the truck was out front ready to go, truck checked out and I returned the vehicle, we were able to quickly get through negotiations however I had to get back to work. We set up docs and delivery for the following day. Next day ended up being a crazy day for me, so I had to push our delivery back to another late night appointment, and she stayed without hesitation. I came in and truck was detailed and ready to go. I was able to immediately sign and get through the finance office without any issues in under an hour. It was almost closing time and since it was late I had to drive my other vehicle there as my ride was no longer available to drop me off, so without me even asking, she offered to deliver the truck to my home and have her colleague pick her up and take her back to the dealership, I was shocked that the headache of two vehicles there was not a problem I had to solve as she already figured that out for me. I’m now home and immediately writing this as it’s hard to find this level of quality, and high level of client service in this industry. If a potential client reads this, do yourself the favor and ask to work with Alyssa, if management reads these, make sure you keep her happy as she is an asset to your sales team.
